Producer’s notes
The winery calls it a pure expression of clone 4: a full, rich, bold palate of dark red and black cherry fruit with graphite, wet gravel and toasted cacao. It comes from younger vines nearer Sulphur Springs Creek and is slightly more reserved than the winery’s other Las Piedras wines, with a long finish that the winery expects to improve with age.
