Aubert Pinot Noir UV Vineyard 2019

To Order

Producer’s notes

The UV vineyard was planted in 2001 by Aubert’s late vineyard manager, Ulises Valdez Sr. Its soil, known as Sebastopol clay, is a mix of sand and dense clay that holds moisture, so the Pinot Noir ripens without too much water stress in the warm summer months.
