Producer’s notes
The winery says 2021 in Napa Valley gave smaller berries and smaller yields, with deep concentration and fine freshness and acidity. It describes a classically powerful, textured wine that is not heavy, with well integrated tannins, red and black fruit, and subtle accents of cardamom, chocolate, cedar and pine. 600 cases were made, bottled in May 2023.
