Producer’s notes
Winemaker Helen Turley’s note: a dense, deep purple colour, a strikingly smoky nose and a palate of dense black fruit, very concentrated, with a long, silky yet big finish. She called the style showy, with low acidity and fully ripe fruit. The grapes were picked fully ripe from five vineyards, and the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
