Producer’s notes
The estate calls 2020 an exceptional vintage in Chianti Classico: a regular season, with rain at the right moments and summer heat that was never stifling, healthy vineyards with little disease, and even ripening with a good crop. The grapes were picked on 26 September at a yield of 35 hectolitres per hectare and fermented in concrete tanks for 20 days.
