Producer’s notes

The estate describes a garnet colour that takes on orange reflections as it matures, ripe fruit aromas with spice and tobacco, and tannins that grow softer and rounder with time. A slow fermentation of 25 to 30 days is followed by 42 months in Slavonian oak casks, and the wine is released in the sixth year after the harvest.
