Dominus Estate 2018

To Order

Producer’s notes

A late season: budbreak was delayed, rainfall was well below average, and a cool, foggy end to the summer slowed ripening. Picking began on 1 October, paused for a storm, and finished in dry, hot weather by 15 October. The estate describes aromas of blue fruit, jasmine and cardamom over plum and caramel, a focused, balanced palate, and a long finish that gains lift at the end. 4,000 cases were made.
