Producer’s notes
From a single plot of vines a hundred years old on sandy soil, where the Rayas, Grand Pierre and Pointu quarters meet. The grapes ferment in tulip shaped concrete tanks, with more than four weeks on the skins and gentle extraction, and the wine is aged for 18 months in old casks. 2,958 bottles were made in 2020.
