Producer’s notes
Raspberry, cherry, liquorice and spice. The domaine describes a silky wine of great finesse that balances generosity with power: rich in fruit, with good acidity, a sound structure and exceptional length. It comes from vines over a hundred years old, grown on sandy soil where the Grand Pierre, Rayas and Pointu quarters meet, and is fermented in concrete vats with more than four weeks of maceration.
