Producer’s notes
A mild winter was followed by a cool spring, and the summer was dry and warm without being extreme. The vines benefited from moderate water stress and from wide swings in temperature before the harvest, which helped the grapes ripen fully and keep their acidity. Picking ran from 18 September to 8 October.
