Olivier Bernstein

Olivier Bernstein is a micro négociant founded in Beaune in 2007, making only grand and premier crus, mainly from the Côte de Nuits, in tiny quantities. Its wines are among the most sought after of the new generation of Burgundy houses.

Bernstein works closely with growers on the farming of each parcel and makes the wines himself, with grand crus including Chambertin, Chambertin-Clos de Bèze and Clos de la Roche. The style is rich and polished, with new oak used for the top wines.
