Louis Jadot

Louis Jadot is one of the great houses of Beaune, founded in 1859 and owned since 1985 by the Kopf family. For more than four decades its wines were made by Jacques Lardière, whose long fermentations shaped the house style, and its grand crus are classics of the Côte d'Or.

Jadot owns or farms vineyards across Burgundy, with grand crus including Musigny, Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, Bonnes Mares, Chevalier-Montrachet Les Demoiselles and Corton-Charlemagne. The reds are structured and long lived, and the house also makes wine in Beaujolais and the Mâconnais.
