Henri Boillot

Henri Boillot runs both a family domaine and a négociant house from Meursault and is one of the leading makers of white Burgundy, with wines known for their richness and drive. His Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet Les Pucelles are among the stars.

The domaine includes Puligny-Montrachet Clos de la Mouchère, a monopole premier cru, alongside Bâtard-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne and red Volnay premier crus. The whites ferment in large 350 litre barrels, for freshness and precision.
