Guillaume Selosse
Guillaume Selosse, son of Anselme Selosse and now head of Jacques Selosse, launched his own label in 2009. His Cramant Au Dessus du Gros Mont comes from a small plot of very old Chardonnay vines he inherited from his grandmother, and only about 50 cases are made each year.
The wines are made in the same way as at Selosse, fermented and matured in barrel with native yeasts. Guillaume also makes Largillier with the Aube grower Jérôme Coessens, from a 3.37 hectare monopole of old Pinot Noir in Villes-sur-Arce, blended with a perpetual reserve.
