Domaine François Lamarche

Domaine François Lamarche is a family domaine in Vosne-Romanée and the owner of La Grande Rue, a monopole that lies between La Tâche and Romanée-Conti and was promoted to grand cru in 1992. Nicole Lamarche now runs the estate and has raised its quality to the level of its great sites.

Besides La Grande Rue, the domaine holds Grands-Échezeaux, Échezeaux and Clos Vougeot, the Vosne-Romanée premier crus Les Malconsorts, Les Suchots, Les Chaumes and La Croix Rameau, and Vosne-Romanée village. The wines are fine and perfumed, and mature vintages from the 1990s show how well they age.
