Château Angélus
Château Angélus is in Saint-Émilion, less than a kilometre from the town's bell tower, on the south facing foot of the hill. It has been the work of the de Boüard de Laforest family for eight generations. Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal, of the eighth generation, has run the estate since 2012.
The wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The estate also makes Carillon d'Angélus, first released with the 1987 vintage.
