Caymus Vineyards

Founded in Rutherford in 1972 by the Wagner family, Caymus became one of Napa's defining Cabernet houses. Its Special Selection is the only wine to have been named Wine Spectator's Wine of the Year twice.

Special Selection is made only in the best years from the family's finest lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, in a rich, plush style that has made it a favourite with collectors. Chuck Wagner, son of the founders, has made the wines for decades, and his family remains at the helm.
