Bonneau du Martray

Bonneau du Martray is one of the largest holders of Corton-Charlemagne, and for generations a reference for the grand cru. Since 2017 the domaine has been owned by Stan Kroenke, owner of Screaming Eagle, who has kept its biodynamic farming and traditional style.

Almost all of its vineyard lies in Corton-Charlemagne, in a single sweep of the hill, with a small parcel of red Corton. The white is fermented and matured in oak with modest new wood, giving a Corton-Charlemagne of power and minerality that needs years in bottle to show its best.
