Domaine Bizot

Domaine Bizot, Jean-Yves Bizot's tiny Vosne-Romanée estate, is one of Burgundy's cult names, made in very small quantities and allocated to a handful of buyers. His approach, with whole bunches and very little sulphur, gives wines of rare purity and energy.

Bizot makes Échezeaux and village wines from Vosne-Romanée, including the named site Les Jachées, along with Morey-Saint-Denis and Bourgogne. The vines are farmed with great care at low yields, and the wines are released only when he judges them ready.
