Producer’s notes

The estate explains that Caberlot is a grape variety, believed to be a natural crossing of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and that the wine is not a blend. Each plot is vinified separately in stainless steel, and the wine is aged for 18 months in French barrels, about half of them new, and then for 16 months in magnum.
