Hennessy Paradis was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979 as a tribute to symphonic music, a blend of exceptional eaux-de-vie each chosen for its own qualities. Hennessy describes floral notes and jasmine on the nose, with delicate cinnamon and exotic fruit, a graceful, silky texture and a deep, persistent finish. Its amber gold colour comes from ageing only in very old barrels.
