Producer’s notes
For this wine the berries are taken off the stems by hand, literally one by one, and stems, leaves and damaged berries are removed. The estate describes a light ruby red with garnet reflections, fresh fruit, rose petals and flowers on the nose, and a warm, elegant wine with smooth, silky tannins. It is a blend from all the estate’s vineyards; about 1,200 bottles are made.
