Producer’s notes
Dana describes the Cabernet Sauvignon from its Hershey Vineyard as elegant and linear in structure, with savoury and mineral notes. The 35 acre vineyard lies at 1,800 feet on Howell Mountain, on fractured bedrock, gravel, compressed ash boulders, clay and white dust.
