Producer’s notes
A vintage that the château says made a spectacular recovery. A late winter, a cold spring, hail and constant mildew pressure made for a difficult season, until a northerly wind from the middle of September brought warmer weather and dried the outbreaks of rot. The harvest ran from 29 September to 17 October. The château describes wines of great depth and remarkable finesse, with fine tannins and rich aromas.
