The estate describes layers of vibrant cassis, black cherry and blackcurrant with savoury notes of graphite, sage, tapenade and tobacco, and a wine of profound density and minerality with finely worked tannin. The 13 acre vineyard on Pritchard Hill climbs from 900 to 1,200 feet above Lake Hennessey; the first vintage was 1992.
