BOND Vecina 2008

Producer’s notes

BOND describes Vecina as always powerful, intense and savoury, with blackberry fruit and overtones of wild forest floor and minerals. The 11 acre vineyard lies in the western foothills of Oakville, on the border with Yountville, on bedrock overlain with fine alluvial wash, facing east at 221 to 330 feet. The first vintage was 1999.
