Producer’s notes

Made from 210 separate small fermentations, row by row, from different lots and picking dates, with 10% whole clusters and 90% whole berries, wild yeasts and the cap managed by hand. The wine is fermented in new French oak of 225 to 500 litres for 18 days, aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Malbec comes from the Adrianna vineyard at 4,757 feet and Nicasia at 3,593 feet, the Cabernet Sauvignon from Domingo at 3,675 feet and La Pirámide at 3,117 feet.
